These terms govern services provided by Simple Local Site, a DBA of Burrill Management LLC ("we", "us"), to the business purchasing them ("you").
Services. We design, host, and maintain a one-page website for your business. Previews are free and carry no obligation.
Payment. A one-time setup fee of $250 is due when you approve your site for launch. Hosting and updates are billed at $25/month, starting at launch, and renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor.
Your content. You confirm that the business information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use any content you supply. Reviews displayed are taken from your public Google listing and are not altered in meaning.
Domain names. If we register a domain on your behalf, we will transfer it to you on request after cancellation, provided your account is paid in full.
Termination. You may cancel anytime. We may suspend service for non-payment or unlawful use. On cancellation your site will be taken offline at the end of the paid period.
Liability. Services are provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous three months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Setup fee: fully refundable if you request a refund before your site launches. Once the site has launched, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly hosting: cancel anytime by email or phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; we do not issue partial-month refunds.

What we collect. Business contact details you give us (name, email, phone, address), publicly available business information and reviews, and payment details, which are handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
How we use it. To build, operate, and bill for your website and to communicate with you. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing. Only with service providers needed to run the service (such as hosting and payment processing) or when required by law.
Email. If you receive an email from us and do not want more, reply "no" and we will not email you again.
Your choices. Contact us to access, correct, or delete your information. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA by emailing us.
